Today we offer you an interesting tour in Piedmont, specifically in the province of Cuneo, where lies the small town of Bergolo. This is a place inhabited by only 76 inhabitants, but also one of the most active in terms of culture.
In fact, every year the traditional events are the best way to attract lots of visitors on the site. Those who love nature will find some interesting natural paths, very nice for those who love hiking or horseback riding. The original name was Bergolo Bergolum derives from Latin and means heath.
Many people know Bergolo as the village of stone, in fact, walking through the streets you will find yourself immersed in small houses built with sandstone in sight. Many homes contain works of art on the walls like paintings, sculptures and murals. Do not miss the Borgata Bergamaschi, a rural village on the border between Bergolo and Torre Bormida where the chapel of S. Joseph.
